I ordered the meal deal today and I was asked what bread I wanted the sandwich on. I said I'd do a bagel and instead of that I was given a croissant that was burned and half a serving of hash browns. This is the second time in a row my sandwich was burned. Normally I really love this dunkin and the staff are very friendly and the store is super clean, but the attention to the food and drink seems to be lacking lately.
Kylie provided exceptional service during our visit to Dunkin’ Donuts. After a long and busy day, we decided to grab some ice cream, expecting the typical rushed service right before closing. However, Kylie’s warm and friendly demeanor completely exceeded our expectations. I’ve been coming here recently and I can say for a fact that the workers here will get your food fast. And there all very humorous, specially one worker there named Jazmin! Has good manners and will take care of your order and drinks with precision!
I ordered a coffee the way I like it and the drive through person gave me attitude because I asked for Carmel around the cup, she told me that it won't stick and that we really don't do it for iced coffees. I told her it's not her place to tell me how to order my coffee if I pay for the extra Carmel around my cup then put it there I don't care if it don't stick I don't care if it goes to the bottom your there to take my order, take my money and make my coffee the way I want it.
