Great service and great iced coffee
Very bad service. I arrived an hour before closing time and they refused to take my order because they had already finished baking and supposedly didn't have the bread to make it. They just didn't want to work.
The staff is very flustered. A man started taking my order, then a woman came and told him to go to the back. Another woman came over and canceled my order that was already in the computer to complete another order. Never saw anything like that. The layout is also terrible…cars block the only way in, so you have to wait for the drive through to clear to park your car.
Really lovely Sunday morning crew- Great customer service from a lovely lady (I didn't get her name), but she was so nice. It was refreshing!!
