Didnt get my order right, didnt have container for 10 items so got multiple bags. Enjoyed the fritters and bagels.
Wow - $6 meal deal bagel hard, tough with cheese dried hard onto it. Yuck! Service consists of ‘get it yourself’ approach. You’re standing there waiting and they don’t bother to hand you your order. McD’s way better!
I have given Dunkin multiple opportunities and today was the last straw. I ordered a simple small "black" coffee, an old fashioned donut and a double chocolate donut at this location. Its not the first time this place has gotten my order wrong. It never fails when I order a coffee or a breakfast item that's NOT a donut, it's wrong, no matter what Dunkin I go to.
