The way the staff looks their customers up and down and doesn’t smile at all or welcome anyone in is insane ! Why be in customer service if you are miserable !! Food was cold and over cooked. I received no receipt for my order which gives you a number to track your order. Very unprofessional , every time you go you can tell no one wants to work there.
If you want an all foam matcha this is the place for you, I personally don’t. Mind you this was not even full to the top, I had maybe two sips, all foam. Not a fan. Extremely long wait as well. Then waited more for the second drink they forgot existed, my friend always gets light ice, this is not light ice and not the drink she asked for. And the parking lot function is kind of weird too. I would avoid this location.
Dunkin halt :-) die Getränke waren dem Standard entsprechend gut. Lediglich die donuts haben etwas trocken geschmeckt.
Staff very unprofessional. Speaking loudly about other employees, and management about schedules and behavior. Make me very uncomfortable also very vulgar language and no response to walking in the door or thank you. Do not visit this location.
Terrible experience. They should fire the girl with the red hair on drive through. The whole order she was making annoyed noises. Then says she can’t hear my daughter. But asked her to repeat herself with an attitude. I snapped at her and told her that her attitude was uncalled for. She starts yelling at me for yelling at her. I said I am speaking at the same volume you are. At this point we aren’t eating food that venom was spewed on. So we drove off. Dunkin. Do better. What a mean hateful child. She really needs love.
