I got a nice amount of hair in my breakfast sandwich today, please wear hairnets this is pretty nasty
The worst experience. Got a dozen of donuts and they were all mushed and falling apart from how dry they were from the lady grabbing them also took 10 mins with no one in the store. Walked in waited at the counter at least 5 mins with no acknowledgment or nothing and then decided to just do it online. Asked for a manger and they couldn’t give me one just ignored me, gave them back the donuts and asked for a refund. Very low quality food everything is frozen never fresh if you want a good breakfast sandwich there is a stuff-a-bagel right down the road in the new Aldi’splaza they make all there food fresh. Stop feeding your self this poison
The way the staff looks their customers up and down and doesn’t smile at all or welcome anyone in is insane ! Why be in customer service if you are miserable !! Food was cold and over cooked. I received no receipt for my order which gives you a number to track your order. Very unprofessional , every time you go you can tell no one wants to work there.
If you want an all foam matcha this is the place for you, I personally don’t. Mind you this was not even full to the top, I had maybe two sips, all foam. Not a fan. Extremely long wait as well. Then waited more for the second drink they forgot existed, my friend always gets light ice, this is not light ice and not the drink she asked for. And the parking lot function is kind of weird too. I would avoid this location.
