I got sick and threw up, something was wrong with the food
Every DD around here hires people who speak almost no English. Almost every order is wrong and has to be repeated 5 times. This is insane
Oh my gosh! So disgusting. A dozen flies in the donut case and the woman serving the donuts just will go in and literally take a donut with a fly on it and put it in the bag and give it to you. Completely. Gross should be shut down by the health department.
I placed a mobile order at this location on July 19, 2026, at approximately 5:30 p.m. During my visit, the employee had locked the restroom and refused to allow customers to use it. Because my order was placed through the mobile app, I was unable to cancel it or receive a refund. If Dunkin chooses not to provide restroom access for paying customers, that is the company’s decision.
