I'm usually a regular. I went in today for my morning coffee and got met with a rude woman asking for my order she had an attitude the entire time. She sounded like my existence annoyed her. And on top of that my drink was watered down and just disgusting. I used to come here every day. Now I don't want to come at all. Extremely disappointed.

ROACH? In my LARGE Oreo matcha latte. I’m not the type to leave reviews - good or bad but this I just had to let be known. I pretty much finished the whole drink & seen a roach floating around which I THOUGHT was Oreo crumbs!!! The customer service was great, nice & straight to the point. Gave me a refund for the food I wanted (they were out of strawberry cream cheese). But the ROACH is what pissed me off. Won’t be back to this location idc if it’s the closest one by my job!!!
