We ordered online. We pulled into the drive thru and waited behind 3 cars that took 15 minutes (15!). Then when we got to the window, we were handed our two donuts (no napkins) and asked to pull around to the front to wait for our drinks (a coffee and a latte-no tricks). We sat out front for another 10+ minutes before my husband went in and complained. For a place that literally uses a machine to make drinks, and they were not busy, the service was just pitiful.
