I like coming to this Dunkin cause the staff is super friendly and helpful . Shout out to Leonard for making me a great latte.
3 stars is too generous. Husband had card in hand ready to get donuts and there were 3 people behind the counter. No acknowledgment! Didn’t turn around to even tell us “Hi! I’ll be right with you”. Luckily, we were just driving through. lol
The food is always good most of the time, but frequent outages from supply chain issues get this place too frequently. Especially for advertised items and limited time items. Also to note, the Drive Thru is very very tight and positioned horribly for the strip mall.
This place is a mess, I used to make mobile orders here and they’d be ready when I came, I would be greeted by the workers and they were very sweet throughout the entire interaction. Now, this place is very different, I made a mobile order and I was standing waiting for almost 40 minutes. 2 of the drinks I ordered they were “out of” so I had to quickly think of replacements, I got munchkins and they tasted like they’d been sitting out since the day before, they were not soft like as if they were fresh.
