I use to not like dunkin, but now I prefer it over starbucks and dutch bros. Their coffee drinks are always good. We tried the breakfast sandwhich the other day and they were yummy too .
Horrible customer service. Dont even think of using their drive thru service because prepare to wait more than 30 minutes. Better to wait in the lobby with so many people for orders. And then wait some more becuase the employees dont know what to do. So at the end your drinks are melted with so much ice and your food is cold.
Yall can keep deleting my review, but seriously why do people have to wait more than 25 minutes in the drive thru for a latte. Makes no sense and customer service is non existent.
Customer service was not there at all Had me waiting for my food for 25 minutes not only that The food was already finished For quite some time🤦♂️
Dunkin’ did a good job with this order. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant was filling without being too heavy, and the ingredients tasted fresh. I liked the crispy texture of the hash browns alongside it. The iced coffee had a good balance of coffee and sweetness, while the donut was soft and fresh. Simple breakfast, but everything was done well.
