Slowest service ever. Took 20 mins to make coffee.
Dunkin’ really doesn’t care about customer service! Every location I go I see lazy/tired people working! Food is not consistent, sometime the coffee is less, sometimes there is no flavor, etc., Dunkin’ needs to learn and adapt from chick-fil-a.
