I had a pre-order that I went through into the store for. They had put it on the drive-thru shelf. The counter person had it literally within her arms reach and said she wouldn't give it to me, that I had to get back into my car and go through the long drive-thru line for it.
They served me 2 separate drinks with no syrup on 2 different occasions
