The customer service at this location is atrocious. The drive thru line moves incredibly slowly, the staff will make you feel awful for asking for anything, and the orders are frequently wrong. I would never recommend this Dunkin location.
Don’t come here unless you want attitude or waiting 20 minutes for a small order when it’s empty, and even then they won’t get your order right. Given this place many tries out of convenience but never coming back here again and neither should you. Management should just pack it up and close for good and stop wasting everybody’s time and money because they clearly don’t care about quality of service.
Strong recommendation to stay away from this location. With no other customers inside and three drive-thru customers it took over 15 minutes to get my order. Once they decided to work on it, it took less than 2 minutes. I just wanted some of their premade donuts in a box. Unfortunately disorganized. I wasn’t treated like I mattered at all.
I tried stopping in at a different DD this morning on Western Boulevard in Raleigh near NC State University. When I asked for no ice in my ice coffee the staff automatically said it’ll be less drink for that reason. She never explained why she couldn’t fulfill the order better yet having minimum customer service skills and a slight attitude during the reasoning.
