If I order espresso shots in my coffee ,I don't get them. Have to order it on the side. I know what my coffee taste like and looks like. The amount of espresso shots I've paid for and not received is mind boggling.
Dunkin employees are cranky as always
Literally received a sandwich today that was completely uncooked. Staff are always rude and act aggravated like you are making them work. If you can, go to any other Dunkin.
It takes ALOT for me to leave a review, especially a negative one but I just can’t ignore it anymore. I go to this Dunkin because it’s close and has a drive thru, but the service is awful 99% of the time! No matter what day, what time of day it takes FOREVER just to get a coffee. ONE COFFEE! Many times there is absolutely no other customers and it still takes forever. It’s so frustrating, especially because every other Dunkin’ is way more busy and much more faster than this one.
