Agent K is the best
I’ve always loved Dunkin’, so I was excited to visit this small location, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. There were two employees, and both were extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in their jobs. When I politely asked for a receipt, the male employee made an irritated face, and the woman was openly dismissive and unfriendly throughout the interaction. Their attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable, and this level of poor customer service does not reflect the Dunkin’ brand I know and enjoy.
