I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for about 3 years and order the same thing daily. I’ve never had an issue with the old crew, but now I have to ask for extra espresso daily because they are giving me flavored milk. My order is a large latte with almond milk and 2 caramel. Yesterday (8/29) I got the usual flavored milk (the lighter cup) I then asked for the same exact order and got the darker one which obviously has coffee in it instead of espresso. Today I visited the Dunkin’ in this location and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Jessie. When I simply asked for some ice, she responded with an unprofessional and rude attitude. She told me, ‘We can’t do that here,’ in a very dismissive way. She also had her mouth full while talking to me, chewing food and answering my questions at the same time, which felt disrespectful. I expect better customer service, even for a small request. This was very disappointing
