order thru door dash this is the 4th time I got all different orders from them today I order bacon egg and cheese on croissant toasted they gave me no sandwich or a blueberry muffin they gave me 4 blueberry donuts first of all I don't eat donuts the other two time they gave me corn muffin I don't appreciate it it was a female who don't like her job she need to get another job
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the service I received at your North Quincy location today at approximately 4:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employee I interacted with, an African American woman, was very uncooperative when I asked for almond milk for my children's drinks. Customer service is absolutely trash. I forgot to add 3 liquid sugars to my coffee through mobile order which is my mistake. I apologized to one of the staff and asked them to add it my coffee politely but was met with a scoff and attitude with a reply "store policy once it is in your hands I can't touch it or do anything about it." Mind you I haven't even left the store yet... was that really too much to ask? I will never come back to this location
