I used to really enjoy coming to this location, but recently the experience hasn’t been as positive. My most recent visit was yesterday around 11:30am. There were two employees behind the counter, and it took about 10-15 minutes to make just two drinks — an iced latte and a hot coffee. There were only a couple of other customers and one mobile order, so the delay felt unusual. This location used to feel much more lively and spotless, with steady foot traffic and clean tables. The cashier girl mumbles and shows attitude when is asked questions, the music is too loud for the place with people trying to order. Do better
