Excellent 24-hour location with some dine-in seating & restrooms for weary travelers & local businesses as well as nearby residences. Beverages are always on point except toasted sandwiches consistently need more toasting than just a quick flash toast leaving no toasty coloration or crunch. Awful service. Workers always on their phone, never getting orders right. Found hair in my food/coffee multiple times. Unsanitary, I contacted head quarters and got no response. Multiple people I know have stopped going to this Dunkin because of how rude the workers are.
