Is there a reason you guys brew your espresso in the plastic cups? Asked the worker not to, and instead of remaking my drink the whole bunch of 5 acted confused. These people are incompetent and no one is ever working except the tall young man at the front. The women hide and act incompetent and I’ve never seen them help a customer a day in their lives -frequent customer
It has been good when I’ve first moved in Quincy but then it got worse. Coffee was good for the 6 months of living in Quincy but the more I’ve ordered the more it seems like it went downhill. I know you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to make coffee but for a cold brew that tastes like water, that is a problem! I’ve should stop coming to this location because it’s a waste of time and money, there is plenty of Dunkin in Quincy!
