I had a really bad experience at this Dunkin’. The staff was not friendly at all and made me feel uncomfortable while I was ordering. I asked about one of the donut varieties they had on display, and the employee told me it was something completely different. They didn’t even seem to know what they were selling. On top of that, there were no gluten-free options available for my friend. Overall, very poor customer service and not a good experience.
Very disappointing service. The staff seemed annoyed whenever we asked questions, and it felt like it was a struggle for them to explain anything. They were very serious, unfriendly, and showed absolutely no willingness to help. The overall attitude made the experience really unpleasant. Definitely not the kind of customer service you expect at Dunkin’.
