They don’t give you extra cheese when you pay for it, and the hash browns are too often burned. I’ve been going to that Dunkin for about a year, and the other day was the first time any of the workers smiled at me. The espresso is also undrinkable. The only reason I ever go is when they have the meal deal that’s a coffee, sandwich, and hash browns for $6. You get what you pay for, but at least it’s fast and… well, usually edible.
I ordered a large hot coffee and my coffee came out warm not even hot not enough sugar even though I asked for 8 sugar

Please clean your toaster. Every time I come in the store the burnt smell of bread is totally overwhelming. It signals that the rest of the store must be filthy also. You can do better people!!!!
