Please please save your sanity and go up three blocks north to the other Dunkin. I’ve had at least 6 negative experiences here. You order cold brew. You get iced coffee. You watch them do it! Then you complain. They acknowledge it and do it again. I feel like I’m being punked and Ashton Kutcher is gonna come out and say it’s all one big joke.
Everyday i do dunks
They close super early. They are still open yet the workers refuse to answer the drive thru or front desk. They say they have nothing left. When i worked here (2020)- we would never do this
