This is the Dunkin closest to my work, so I go here often. And the staff (at least 2 of the guys who've served me frequently) are amazing! They are very kind, and put the customer experience above everything else.

I would give zero star if I can, people work there are unwelcoming and rude. They have some sort of attitude when they talk to me. Great doughnut, awful workers. Just want to say if you don’t want work there find another job, no need to give attitude to the costumers.

Employee was unsanitary, no gloves when preparing food, had no clue about the order, threw away leftover milk in the frother on the ground and kept making drinks with it. The order took forever despite the store being empty because the guy was moving like a zombie.

The most disappointing Dunkin experience ever. The manager needs to get re trained. When I politely brought up the concerns, I was met with an unprofessional and condescending attitude. Instead of addressing the issue with professionalism, the manager was dismissive and rude, displaying a complete lack of customer service skills. If that’s how your manager is, imagine how the rest of the employees are.

Don't use order ahead at this Dunkin for sandwiches, they won't make the order ahead of time and will make you wait in line to correct your order and say they couldn't make it initially because they're out of whatever bagel or croissantyou ordered. I've tried ordering ahead with every possible type of bread with the same response and almost every time they actually have thebagel/ croissantin stock. It doesn't matter if you order at 8 AM or 3 PM, they will be "out of stock" and not make the sandwich. I've paid for 4 sandwiche... read more
