I can not even believe that 2 Dunkin Donuts coffees can wait 25 minutes from the moment of ordering and another 10 minutes to wait, but there are 4 people working ! Everything is so slow that it is easier to get off the road and order elsewhere, it will be faste
I had to refunded my order because the service is so rude also making the wrong orders. Worst service ever,hopefully I get my refund back soon. I don’t recommend this place 0 stars
ridiculous customer service. only will take your order on kiosk will not help you when you have a problem. The lady working May 27 2025 at 5am. so rude. The store is killing the franchise name. Please help it fast. 10 minutes for a cup of coffee when there was only two people in line ridiculous
Bad customer service couldn’t even answer any of my questions didn’t serve me gave me attitude I’m really upset and disappointed I’m in the food industry and I know this is not the way you treat your customers no wonder why yall have a bad review on
