We dislike that....kiosk......and I tell you what.....other customers who were trying to order didn't have nice things to say about it also....you have to jump thru hoops to order a simple cup of coffee! Press this for da da da....then another option then another option then another then the tip prompt! Who are you to tell customers to choose a tip amount?!?! And then no coffee cream or half half. Everyone takes a different amount of cream and or sugar. No cream available at the counter...just sugar, etc...have to ask for cr... read more
Worse dunkin location. No customer service, long lines , under staffed, dont waste your time drive to the next location.
