It took me 30 minutes to get from order to receiving my food. Workers are just standing around in slow motion. Travelers on the turnpike are held hostage with dunkin being the only breakfast spot in the plaza. I pass by here 2-3 times a week and it is always a mess.
Worst service ever. The guy at the register hates his job. The one making the coffees is not even cleaning the steamer (it has to be cleaned after each milk steamed and the lady on the sandwiches dropped my bag on the counter like she didn’t care. Being this a franchise says a lot about their corporate
This store is not able to serve the public. Service is terrible. Makes no sense to place a coffee order and wait for over 20 minutes. By the time I finished my order at the kiosk, I had a dozen people waiting for the orders and most of them had issue with orders.
