They missed my drink order. Problem is they won’t acknowledge you if you walk up to them. I literally finally yelled and still no one would even look at me. Finally the new girl came up and asked me what my order was. Waited 25 minutes for my drink!!!

Don’t waste your time. The staff was rude/unfriendly, the wait was way too long, and after standing in line I found out they didn’t even have the oat milk I ordered. On top of that, the building was uncomfortably hot, which made the whole experience worse.

I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’. From the moment I got in line, the lady taking my order was rude and kept cutting me off, saying they didn’t have anything I asked for. I finally ordered a mango refresher (which I’ve had before and liked), but it tasted awful this time. When I asked for a cup of ice, another employee just said “no” with attitude. I didn't know service could be this bad. Asked for 2 hot coffees w french vanilla swirl sweetener. I was told i can ask for the sweetener when served. That was strange. When I got the coffees i asked for the swirl. The girl pumped two shots in a separate cup and handed it to me. I asked, you dont put it in the coffee? She said, you can do it yourself. Their floor was gross. Their counters were full of spilled milk/cream everywhere. They were miserable employees. No management. Next time I'm getting coffee next door.
