Can only order at the kiosk. Basically no customer service. Kiosk didn't show the powdered donuts. Staff said to put in any donut. Then the lady was rude stating they didn't have the glazed donut. Very SLOW, sloths could move faster. They ask for a tip on the machine!
Omg tha girl...she was looking around and doing ppl orders...and keep waiting for a black coffe 34min...
Corporate greed. Plain and simple. They have automated ordering kiosks now, but only one person behind the counter filling all the orders. I felt sorry for her, they obviously cut corners on her training and were probably paying her minimum wage. There was a line of about 20 people, each waiting at least 15 minutes for their orders.
They don't have a cashier, their machines don't work, and no one helps you—terrible service. I lost more than 40 minutes.
Quite possibly the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. Just get gas station coffee and avoid wasting 35+ min of your time while you have a long drive ahead
