Wrong donut given, wrong coffee given. Rudest staff you’ll ever see. Wish I could take the tip back. Avoid like the plague
I don’t often leave reviews but had to speak up about this one. On 6/1/26 around 11:30 am I ordered two lattes at the kiosk, one with skim milk and one with almond milk (for my lactose intolerant family member.) I was handed two identical drinks. I asked if one was skim and one was almond I and the young man working said he didn’t know what milks were supposed to be in each of them and that they were both “regular” milk. Avoid this place
Extremely slow service, got all our orders wrong, and charged $2 more than any normal dunkin. Horrible, go someplace else. Couldn’t even use rewards account to get points and wouldn’t give a receipt.
Do not come here . Veeeerrrryyyy slooooowwww service. Wasted too much time waiting. Not ideal when travelling . Not participating in Dunkin Rewards either ( no surprise) . Will definitely not recommended. Will not come back to this dunkin
