Ordered a frozen coffee and glad that I came in to pick up it up to witness the cook in the back using his bare hands to handle EVERYTHING. So anyone who ordered today at 3/24/26 around 12pm your sandwiches and hash browns were built and sent out with unsanitary hands. 🤢🤮 have a nice day :)
Great experience
I usually don’t complain however I do frequent this dunkin often as my Work is right down the street. I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel today and when I tell you, there was literally a sliver of bacon on it. The hashbrowns were falling apart because they were not cooked at all. I couldn’t even pick up one whole. They’re just in tiny pieces in the bottom of the bag. this is an every visit issue actually .
