Serve coffee but no restroom!! So wrong!!! How is it legal to serve food and coffee with no restroom!???? Guy working Sunday was rude and not understanding at all to a pregnant woman.
My daily Dunks eye opener. In the past occasionally shorthanded, but has gotten a lot better and more consistent now. Great core staff always keeps it moving and still take time to always give a friendly hello and even recognize regular customers by name and their orders to deliver great service. They have been getting progressively worse, whether it be running out of stock consistently or simply nobody being there. I went through the drive thru and was told through the speaker that she would be right with me. I decided to go inside not because of her but because it started raining much harder, and I did not want to flood my car. Once I got inside, it was void of employees and any signage indicating where the employee may be or if they are taking a break.
