Second time I’ve handed my phone through the window to use apple/venmo pay and been charged twice. The first time was for around $15-$16. When I called the store after realizing and finally they answered the manager talked to me as if it was my fault that they changed me twice and couldn’t refund me until I drove back. Just seeing another double charged from the last time I went.
Everything was correct and Stephanie was pne of the most pleasant cashiers I have had here. I always prefer this dunkin even though another is much closer to my house, I make the extra drive to make sure my order is correct and I receive excellent service. Thank you Stephanie!
