Half the time it tastes like the iced coffee is made with either cold brew or too many packets and the taste is extremley bitter. Getting the closing shift teenager boys to do their job is like trying to push a boulder up a hill. God forbid you ask them to remake an incorrectly made drink, youd have a better chance talking to corporate about getting a refund than actually getting them to do anything.
Had to remind cause to trek the "cook" to do something before sandwich was made. Asked for less ice... had to remind cashier if this for she put a full cup of ice.
Great quick afternoon coffee run.
Could use a nice gas fireplace with some cozy chairs like I've seen other Dunkin donuts
