this was my first time going to this location & honestly my experience was terrible. while I was placing my order the lady was on her phone not paying attention which caused her to ring in my order wrong . I asked for a caramel ice coffee with sugar & extra caramel…& a croissant toasted with butter. never even got the croissant. The other lady handed me my drink I said this is not what I wanted…then she gave me another drink which was still wrong but I decided to leave it alone.
