Pretty shitty overall, consistently mess up orders, multiple items available to order for pickup on the app aren’t even stocked, so you’ll buy something and they’ll give you something else when you get there, coffee tastes burnt
Every time I go to this location they get my order wrong in some way shape or form. I tried the brown sugar iced latte with sweet cold foam yesterday at a different dunkin, so wanted to order it from this location today because it’s closest to me. Instead of giving me what I ordered they gave me a regular iced latte, no cold foam or brown sugar syrup, and honestly it tastes burnt as well. This is how they put creame cheese on Bagel .. they are charging money but they do not provide quantity/ quality / service
I visited this establishment today before work. I am a regular at this location. This is the first time I have ever received food that was so hard to palate. I rated everything 2 stars because the minute I stepped into the store, it looked like the representative either had a bad morning or did not want to be there. Either way I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.
