Just had to add my bad review on top of the many others I see. Stopped in because I REALLY needed to use a bathroom. I saw a sign in front of the bathroom that said wet floor or something so I asked the employee can I use it, she said yes so I placed my order (along with my cousin's order too) which was around $20. She says I can go right in, I walk over and it's locked, then ANOTHER employee says "oh no, it's broken". Obviously someone lying and they just won't want customers to use it. I just went in there to get a coffee first off wasn’t mad right on top of that the girl taking the orders had a nasty attitude don’t go to this Dunkin if I could give a 0 I would
