Went to get coffee and donuts ,asked to put 2 cubes of ice ,and looking at the guy he put a lots of ice ,I asked him to replace it ,he refused and curst me in another language ,I asked for the manager number or owner number and they refused ,disgusting customer service !
Awful service the guy at the front was extremely rude and disrespectful. I stated I ordered ahead to pick up at 4 and he told me to leave it’s not here and I even showed him the order. And he attacked me verbally.
I was disappointed with my recent visit. The coffee did not taste good and did not meet the usual quality I expect from Dunkin. I also ordered a sesame bagel with cheese, but there was only a very small amount of cheese, which made it dry and not enjoyable. I barely tasted cream cheese on the bagel, it’s so bad. I hope this can be improved
