Store not open during posted business hours despite mobile ordering being available for "Pick Up ASAP." No apparent way to mitigate the issue or lost funds - awaiting reply from Corporate (which was an email, so I'm sure that will take weeks).
Went to get coffee and donuts ,asked to put 2 cubes of ice ,and looking at the guy he put a lots of ice ,I asked him to replace it ,he refused and curst me in another language ,I asked for the manager number or owner number and they refused ,disgusting customer service !
Awful service the guy at the front was extremely rude and disrespectful. I stated I ordered ahead to pick up at 4 and he told me to leave it’s not here and I even showed him the order. And he attacked me verbally.
