Very unprofessional ... health department needs to investigate this place.. not a clean place
I ordered three sets of breakfest and three bags of hash brown. They gave me two bags of hash brown.
I place a mobile order latte and bagel. Feeling really sick after having a few sip and bite out of my food. The coffee tasted a bit off. Like spoiled same with bagel had a weird texture. When I took a closer look to my bagel , it had mold on it.. seriously you guys don’t inspect the food before selling it.
I've been going to this Dunkin' for several years now and I have zero complaints about the quality of the food or drinks served here. My main issue, especially in the last year, is with their service. It doesn't seem like there is much training around customer service at this establishment. I can count with one hand the number of times I have been greeted properly, if at all, someone has said "thank you" after delivering my order, or has wished me a good/great day when leaving.
