So upset that I asked for a lemonade and this is what I received. It taste like mop water. Totally disgusted as a pregnant mom with a toddler it’s not easy for me to get down at places so I often used the drive thru for convenience and time. This time was horrible and the past few times. Will not be going back to this location
Kinda keep getting disappointed here. They are always out of something straws, specific size cups, caramel flavor, holiday flavors etc. attached to a Baskin Robbin and the banana slit special don’t order that. They are out of bananas. Very ill-managed.
I have been coming here since it opened. The service has always been great sometimes even outstanding. This place is usually clean I have only seen it dirty on a couple of occasions. My gripe is with the management in the last 6 to 8 months they never have either the jamoca almond fudge ice cream or the happy mix to make the cappuccino blast. I don't usually complain but this is ridiculous. You would think that management would plan accordingly.
Ordered twice in 6 months through Uber Eats. First time they gave me completely BLACK burnt sandwich, missed one of my items entirely, and gave me two incorrect items. Second time they missed an entire item again, gave me the wrong drink, and entirely wrong sandwich. Insane to me just how god awful at their job this location is.
They don’t bother to answer their own phone so you can’t even ask a question. Why would I even go here?
