Ordered from doordash and orderd a chocolate shake. They brought me what looked like a vanilla shake instead. So i try it, and it tasted like straight yogurt. Even the tag on the cup says how its suppose to be chocolate shake. So someone really did not care to make this shake. Really disappointed.
Went into order through the drive-through I clearly didn’t know what I was getting asked for a drink when they asked me a question I was confused and do you drive through attendant proceeds to explain to me with such rudeness in her voice, for no reason
I have had amazing experiences at other Dunkin Donuts but this one, I feel is mismanaged and employees don't seem to care about the place, which in turn shows upper management problems. I went in to order and they had the order ready but didn't even call my name to let me know that it was ready. And also, my cappuccino was not hot anymore. I picked it up and it felt light. It’s best multiple occasions where they claim to not have what I’ve ordered. Donuts are never fresh, coffee don’t taste good. When you say something they get upset. Worst Dunkin to be honest
