Donuts are fresh & delicious. Plenty of options. Great coffee without Starbucks prices! Great location but the parking is a little cramped.
During busy hours, the staff can’t handle the pressure long lines, wrong orders, and visible frustration. When it’s slow, the service is actually good, so this looks like a management and training issue, not the employees. If you can’t handle high volume, don’t take so many orders at once. I’m extremely disappointed with this location’s policy regarding ice in drinks. Corporate Dunkin’, this really needs to be addressed. When a customer specifically asks for a drink with no ice, it shouldn’t be difficult to honor that request. However, the barista told me that the policy is not to offer drinks without ice.
