Order is wrong every single time it’s crazy. It’s like they do it on purpose. Or they’re just that incompetent I guess.
Went through the drive thru thru. It took at least 5 minutes for th lady to come on the intercom. I ordered a Everything bagel with cream cheese and sausage and the bacon. I also ordered a latte. The bagel was burnt to charcoal. The first 1 or 2 ones were gone! The theory of Dunkin Doughnuts are violently crashing down
Waited inside the lobby to buy donuts. At one point I even asked over the counter if anyone can help me. No one answered. After being ignored for 10 mins, I left to get to work. Very rude establishment. No acknowledgment.
Bought the six dollar breakfast meal. Was told the total is $6.55. I paid seven dollars cash. The guy with the long ponytail in the drive-through gives me $.25 back and said here’s your change. He also failed to give me a receipt. Meaning it’s likely he intentionally ripped me off for $.20. For the record the order screen in the drive-through showed the total was indeed $6.55. Instantly five stars!!! I just love the atmosphere and the interior of the place. The food was incredible. Definitely coming back to this location for a long time!!
