I went through the drive through earlier this week and a very nice young man named Cameron helped me with my order, i couldn't read the menu and he read it to me and recommended me his favorite the bacon egg and cheese, i would recommend this place, the bacon egg and cheese and the employee that helped me to my family if they weren't dead. Thank you dunkin donuts and Cameron for making me feel special.
Not good enough for taking along time for orders
Want to pick up my online order. Waited for 20 minutes. I would say 5 or 6 people came in including with their children ordered received their copies and donuts and left. I'm still standing there the kid who looks like he's stoned realizes the bag is right in front of him the whole time.
The people here don’t care about your drinks at all. My onlines have been made wrong both times. They don’t put anything in them correctly and they come out bad every time. Horrible location with careless people
Have waited exceptionally long times in the drive thru and in the store. I decided to try a mobile order so I wouldn't have to wait as long. Ended up waiting 25 minutes for the staff to let me know the mobile order was sitting behind the counter. There is a spot titled mobile orders and they did not ask us once if we were waiting for an order nor did they tell us that mobile orders are not actually placed in the mobile order spot due to theft concerns.
