Slow and unorganized service
Worst Dunkin’ cold brew I’ve had in a long time (yes I drink it black!) Watered down; certainly not worth the price & drive- thru slow as molasses!
Placed a mobile order And continued to wait in a line for 40 minutes before I was acknowledged. I ordered a bacon, avocado toast, and when I got it, my bread was soggy and it had no bacon. This is the fourth time that this location has not given me bacon on my avocado toast, but has charged me for it. I seriously don’t understand what’s so hard about it. Can someone not read? Dunkin is good for the most part always has quality coffee. However I visited this location 2 days in a row. The costumer service is not there. Employees have time to stand at the window and gossip but when we ask to add an order of munchkins the manger rudely tells us that we have to go around. I’ve worked in many restaurants and coffee shops and this is not a smart business move doing little things that may inconvenience you to let customers know you care and value their business.
