I've been tolerating the inconsistencies and issues at this Dunkin for years, and today was the last straw (pun intended)! Despite ordering the same drink for YEARS, today they decided that "less ice" means "less coffee", and my drink was like 15% empty when I got it (see photo). After asking if they could top it off, I was informed that this is how they serve it since I got it with less ice. Great breakfast deal for $6, sandwich, potatoes, coffee. Great deal fast service.
In here on Christmas, they are very slow, then we had to wait for them to take a picture of the donuts for whatever reason. When I told them to just give me my donuts, the picture could wait, they said their boss couldn't wait, then i heard the person say to another employee that they were going to freak out on me as they were both pulling donuts. Pretty rude
Everyone is right: they'll look you right in the eyes and then go hide in the back until you finally give up and walk out. Isn't there an owner/manager who cares? Go to Black Rock Coffee instead, where they're happy to see you!
Stopped by for a pound of ground coffee. The only thing on the shelf was decaf. After waiting too long, finally got the attention of one of the 2 employees who confirmed they only had decaf or vanilla coffee pods. No sale. Wasted trip. Won't go back to this location again... ever.
