I really dont know what it is about west coast Dunkins. They all are just so much more poorly run than the East. The second someone says an order it should start cooking. In the east there is zero waiting for food at the windowbeyond maybe 20 seconds whether the line is long or empty. In Arizona, whether the line is long or empty, expect to wait at least a full minute and usuallt longer. As I write this I have been told to pull up ahead of the window to wait for one sandwich. Where do I Begin? Not only? Are they rude and won’t look you in the face when they are talking to you it does not take 30 minutes to make a A coffee and a doughnut the donuts are already made. Whoever the owner of this location needs to get better employees or training them right if the sign did not say Duncan, it would’ve been shut down along time ago do better
