The team has zero sense of urgency. The amount of time I spend waiting in the drive through lane is absolutely insane. And it's not like you can give up and drive away, you are boxed in once you're in the drive through lane and forced to sit there and wait for an astronomical amount of time. And then you finally get to the window AT LEAST 20 minutes later, and the iced coffee you ordered is 95% ice. You spend longer waiting in line than it takes you to drink your mostly ICED drink. Done wasting my mornings on this place.
Surprised I’m waiting 15min for my donuts. Unsure if they’re under staffed or under trained, but this Dunkin is below an average one
Great coffee and great bagels! I go here all the time and will continue with the family for years to come.
