Ordered a dozen donuts online. Drove to the location only to be told they didn’t have what I ordered and that they couldn’t refund my money there. Tried to cancel the order online, that didn’t work either. Basically out my money and no donuts!
Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts in the state and maybe the Country! My second time here and this experience was the same as the first. Not one person waiting inside and I waited 20 minutes for one sandwich. The employees seem frightened by the manager/cook as they are apologetic and hustle but he just barks at them and says condescending things to the patrons. Whatever you do, don’t go here unless you want to spend your day there.
Wrong holiday hours.
I don't know why the manager was so rude this morning when taking my order. The lady at the window wasn't much better, made me not want anything from here.
Used to work here! Management frequently takes their stress out on employees. Burnt the crap out of my arm while getting yelled at when taking things out of the oven (twice). And I think management blocked me as I was quitting because my last message to them never delivered. I love the coffee and the food here though!
