I went to the Dunkin’ on Willow Creek Road across from the hospital, and honestly, I have never been more disappointed by a chain coffee shop. I go out for coffee because I do not have what I need to make it at work, so when I stop somewhere, I expect to at least get something drinkable. Apparently, that was asking for too much. STAY AWAY: Front drive associate is tattooed very badly to say things first. Has his boxers/underwear showing while he turns his back to waste your time doing absolutely nothing, while wearing no name tag! I’m a former Barista from a large coffee chain and would never have provided the most unprofessional service I received today (05/12/2026) from this location. Drinks were made not to standard which is advertised in the Dunkin Donuts app.
Slow as hell
Drink was missing a lot taste good but mostly ice and missing alot
They have the worst donuts in town and the guy gave use awrong donuts first time there won't go back...
