Placed order while in line to pay at BJs since the placed looked busy. Half hour later our order still isn’t ready even after my wife asked the lady about our order. We had to jump in line with the other people placing their order just to get our order completed. She only focused on people at the line, and worked 1 order at a time with no attempt at multitasking to try and catch up on multiple orders. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. It is not s very clean place. There were many flies on the donuts rack.
My coffee was good after having to send it back , but I’ve never seen a sandwich come out like this. The ladies at the window were just giggling away @ my inconvenience. I also asked for ketchup while I ordered and got nothing but a Burnt sandwich. Sad thing is I was so excited to get a Dunkin close to me but guess I’ll be tracing the 10-15 min for mine. Very disappointed ☹️
