The guys literally picked the glazed donut for me that had a fly sitting on it. The guy behind the counter absolutely saw it too. Completely disgusting!!
Horrible experience. They didn’t have decaf coffee available, and the employee was sitting on his phone and seemed unfriendly. The place itself was quite dirty and run-down, and the donuts looked like they’d been sitting out for days. There were no napkins in sight. I asked if he could make a fresh decaf, especially since it’s a coffee shop, and even offered to wait—but he refused and said they only had regular coffee. Unbelievably slow and rude
Placed order while in line to pay at BJs since the placed looked busy. Half hour later our order still isn’t ready even after my wife asked the lady about our order. We had to jump in line with the other people placing their order just to get our order completed. She only focused on people at the line, and worked 1 order at a time with no attempt at multitasking to try and catch up on multiple orders. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
