Visited this dunkin with my wife, who ordered a Coolatta. Attempted to confirm with staff that the drink doesn't contain coffee, they confirm. During mixing of the drink, we spot coffee being added to the drink, to which we go up to the counter and notify them that the drink is NOT supposed to have coffee (it was for an 11 year old child). Rather than a kind "we are so sorry, we'll remake it", we were informed by the three disrespectful woman behind the counter that "it doesn't matter, this is the way we make it", which was ... read more

Bad customer service experience. I came here again to give them a chance but these ladies are rude and don’t understand half of what you asked them for. I will never come here again. Ive never been treated so bad especially when I’ve been to this Dunkin’ multiple times. The change of staff is awful. You lost a customer and I will review this Dunkin’ on other platforms to let people know to stay away from the Bergen town center one. Do better for your customers at the end of the day we are the ones that keep your business run... read more
