This Dunkin’ Donuts in Bergen town center mall, Paramus is always good. Entire staff and manager works hard, professional and always friendly. I can see why everyone comes here. They all deserve a raise.
Bad customer service. I don’t understand how they let the app stay open past their closing time to take customer orders for an hour, despite closing the whole place at 9. App takes orders until 10pm. Tried to come in the next day to see if they could just make me the drink that I already paid for and they said no because there’s no ticket ??? Dunkin in the Paramus Park mall did a nice job on my frozen coffee. DD in Florham Park always has friendly customer service.
