This is the first time that I’ve ever done a review. The customer service from one lady in particular was so horrible that I had to post a review. I am showing her my rewards, I have free hash browns with a purchase of a drink in which I purchased. She then keeps on insisting that’s just for the points even though I showed her the difference and my points QR code was the first thing I had her scan. The barista was rude and unprofessional
The coffe was nasty, I always order the same coffee at every location and it’s a retry simple order. No other dunkin has ever got it wrong, this place put a ton of ice in a coffee that clearly said less ice, didn’t put the correct milk on it and forgot the foam, when I asked for it they added a little bit on the top, never drinking coffee from this place again
I ordered a macchiato and an espresso, but the preparation of both drinks was incorrect and unprofessional. The macchiato was served in a large cup filled mostly with milk and one shot of espresso, which did not align with my expectations for a properly layered macchiato. The espresso was initially poured into a large cup and then transferred to a smaller cup, which seemed inefficient and confusing. The staff's handling of the order felt careless, and the overall experience was disappointing.
If you work in the mall here's how your experience will be: You decide, hey, I need a little pick me up before/ after work. You stop by, and decide hey, I'll just get a little drink. The drink will always have too much milk, but it's whatever, they must just be busy right? Wrong.
