Employees need to work on hygiene, I saw someone wipe their noise with their hands/palm and then touch the cups etc. Like really! Use your elbow or a tissue. Use common sense people!
I shouldn’t bother coming on a Sunday because they don’t have all the ingredients for the full drink menu. What is even the point? Why is this mall open on Sunday at all?
This is the first time that I’ve ever done a review. The customer service from one lady in particular was so horrible that I had to post a review. I am showing her my rewards, I have free hash browns with a purchase of a drink in which I purchased. She then keeps on insisting that’s just for the points even though I showed her the difference and my points QR code was the first thing I had her scan.
