the employees don’t know what they’re doing, this is about the third time i’ve come here in a row and they get my order wrong. the last time was my last straw. they obviously don’t ever take the time to look at their menu bc they don’t even know what’s on it. when i received the wrong order, i mentioned it right away and the lady told me to take the wrong order anyway, because it’s “just as good”. lady, what?? i don’t want this cheap cup of coffee i want what i paid for!! like how bizarre do you have to be. then proceeds to ... read more

I would’ve taken a pic of my nasty ass drink but I had to throw it away cause just holding it was pissing me off, 2nd time with the same people it tasted like burnt caramel

I don’t think I have ever had this bad of an experience at a food establishment ever. I work at another store in the mall this Dunkin is in and came here on my 30 minute break. I order my meal and stand off to the side to wait for them to make it. The lady tells me that my card didn’t go through and asks me to pay again to which I do but as she gives me the receipt it is completely for someone else’s order and I realize she just had me pay for another person’s meal.
