This is my preferred location for a Dunkin run! I place my order through the app and stop by for a quick pick up. Even on days where I'm running a bit earlier than expected, my order has been ready and waiting. The service it's always top notch. Donuts and every other time I've ever ordered have tasted fresh and delicious. The location is always clean and in my experience, never overly crowded or too busy.
Every time I order from this location and the manager, Sue, isn't here, my order is wrong. Today I ordered maple bacon and I got pepper bacon and it was burnt to a blackened crisp and they forgot to give it to me, I had to remind them. Last week they made mistakes on my coffee and donuts. Literally every single time I go here and Sue isn't working there is at least one mistake with my order. And my orders are always small and simple.
I had a very bad experience with this black lady with glasses she was extremely rude to me and my friend and she was hating on us and she had a lot of attitude but there was a nice lady and man at the front who helped make our drinks nice but I didn’t appreciate the rudeness of the first employee I encountered.i think she should be fired perhaps ?
