I went through the drive-thru around 7 PM and sat for a while before anyone came to take my order. When someone finally did, they acted as if I was bothering them definitely not the warm service I used to receive. Unfortunately, the coffee I was given was undrinkable it tasted like water with milk. I used to love the coffee here, but lately it seems like the staff doesn’t care about the quality of what they’re serving. uber driver comes to pickup delivery and ignored and made to wait for no reason
My favorite Dunkin in the area honestly!! The staff is always friendly and they make sure you’re in & out quickly! 10/10 would recommend
If I could give no stars I would not because of the play but them two blond headed females came off as rude and not customer friendly , I walked in no smile no how you doing, no may I help u, I walked up to the counter, the one female is like u wanna order like what excuse me I was going to order after I used the restroom but I will never come back to this location, if there the ones who are working the counter.
