I'm a dunkin a day person Been to lots of them. I go for the show. Not because it's great coffee. It's dunkin donuts, yall. If you want amazing coffee - be honest with yourself - you're not going to dunkin. The coffee and foods pretty good at this one But the show here is fantastic. The people behind the counter have their own way of doing it, the management style of the main barrista is insane (but WORKS) and customers are regularly looking around confused and baffled when their orders actually come out right. This was officially the worst Dunkin Experience ever. EVER! The young lady at the drive through was extremely inappropriate, sounded a though she had an attitude throughout the entire exchange. When we pulled up to the window, the ladies where engaged in a conversation while serving food and interacting with customers. I asked a question and was answered with the cashier's back turned and get waking away from me. Every question, every request was a bother. Food quality was horrible as well. I get donuts by the half dozen. I don’t have a family of 4 that I’m buying for so I just like the box of 6. For the second time in a month, they have been out of the half dozen sized boxes and want to shove my half dozen iced donuts in bags. It’s like pulling teeth to just get them to give me the bigger box. I don’t want iced donuts all smashed together in bags. It’s such a simple problem to solve inventory wise and they cannot seem to get it.
