Today I went to this store using their drive thru to order a medium ice coffee with cream and caramel. I was so looking forward to my drink, until I took a sip and realized they forgot my caramel. It totally ruined my expected enjoyment of my drink. Not only that, the girl did not give me my full change back. I had to ask her for it. This happens to me a lot at this store. Everything was wrong from the moment I pulled up. They were rushing me with my order, mind you I was the only person in line. Got my order wrong. Hot coffee was cold. Asked for everything bagel got plain and got blamed for saying that that's what I wanted. When I returned everything and asked for a refund, I was told I have to come back because only managers process refunds. Well, normally when we go it is pretty good. At night though they get the order wrong every time.. every time, for one coffee.
