Today I went to this store using their drive thru to order a medium ice coffee with cream and caramel. I was so looking forward to my drink, until I took a sip and realized they forgot my caramel. It totally ruined my expected enjoyment of my drink. Not only that, the girl did not give me my full change back. I had to ask her for it. This happens to me a lot at this store.
