Unfortunately it’s the closest Dunkin to me, every trip it’s always something wrong with the order or pricing. Even tho I repeat myself to try and confirm something I still get to the drive thru window and it’s either intentionally bad training practices or the employees just don’t care. I’ve called corporate multiple times to have the franchisee call me but whoever it is has yet to call me and it’s been months. This is the second time in just three months that I’ve received terrible service from this store. The egg and cheese croissant was completely burnt—practically as black as charcoal.
