Leaving 1 star because I can’t leave a 0 star review. This Dunkin’ is awful and I don’t know how they even stay in business. How are you call Dunkin Donuts but never have any donuts. I can’t imagine how you keep business going when you don’t make more donuts to meet the needs of your customers. I went at 12pm on a Saturday after baseball and they said we have no donuts left. Mila was really sweet and the coffee was great!!
Visited this location on 3/24 to purchase donuts for my son to bring to school for his birthday We walked in and there was about 4-5 ppl working and no one greeted us or even acknowledged us for some time . When someone did come to the counter they just looked annoyed. We ordered the donuts and then asked for a bag since my son needed to carry them to class , and first was told they didn’t have a bag then found bags and they were stuck together and dirty. I always order bagel with cream cheese and ice coffee. The bagel is burnt all the time and the coffee is missing something, cream, sugar etc. I spoke with them many times but no point. My wife also said she has similar problems with this location getting her coffee tastes bad or the food tastes bad. We try many Dunkin locations around the city as we love Dunkin but we noticed that this one is the worst among them.
