I do deliveries, and this store is truly awful. An order comes in, and I arrive at the store 10 minutes later, as the app instructs. When I enter the store, there's an order already prepared, and the rather rude girl who serves me says they're still working on it, so I decide to wait. After 10 minutes, another, more polite girl arrives and asks me what my order is. Excellent service! What else is there to say ? The donuts are good and that is what we were there for . Instead of throwing the donuts out because it was almost closing they threw in a few extra for the kids ! Exceeded my expectations!
My first few visits were pretty good, actually better than I expected. But lately it's been lackluster. Some of my online pick up orders have been incorrect, and even the drinks ordered in store haven't been right. Today (12/27/25), majority of my online order was incorrect, wrong donuts, and drink was made incorrect. Did not feel like driving back as my family were up ready to eat. I may give them another try, but I may have to drive further down the street and try the other location, if that's any better.
