I hope I got his name right but Quentin has great customer service skills. I come to this location a lot and I never seen him before. He is probably new but he was very nice. Before I even entered the store I saw him helping an elderly man with his dunkin bags to his car. He must have orderer a lot. He was very personable friendly.
Once a week I come in and I buy a large order for my guys in the field and every single time they somehow manage to put it all together without missing a beat.
I don't know what the hell is wrong with this location. Whenever I go, inevitably they're out of something. If they're not out of anything, they get the order wrong. But today, there just wasn't anyone in the store. I hung out for about 5 minutes yelling hello, only to be met with echoes. There's another location less than a mile down the road on red bug. Just go there instead.
Good coffee. Friendly. Lots of old...stale donuts.
