You need to hire more people. It’s not fair to your employees to only have 1 person running the entire store by themselves. I come in almost every single day and it’s the same 1 person left alone to fend for themselves. I will say Sam is always very friendly and provides great service, but is unfair to leave your employees in this situation.
I ordered a few donuts to go and got all the way home and one of my donuts looks like someone ton a bite out of it!!! If I wasn’t so far away I’d go back and get my money back. NEVER AGAIN.
I genuinely don’t know what happened to this Dunkin but: 1) it takes forever to get served 2) they never have ANY staff, yesterday 1 person on a busy Saturday up front 3) the staff look like they no longer care, they are always stressed out
waited ten minutes, didn’t even have what I wanted understaffed, never coming again, waste of my time
