Messed up my coffee order, they remade it and it was still messed up. I go here all the time I don’t understand how it can be messed up. They were smiling about it too in the back.

Discrimination & Unprofessionalism at Totowa Dunkin’ On August 1st, 2025, around 6:30 a.m., I visited the Minnisink Rd Dunkin’ in Totowa with my friend. We were told we couldn’t be served because of a “system outage.” Yet, within minutes, we watched other white customers walk in and get served without issue.
