Asked for an iced coffee with caramel and 1 cream- dark- got an iced coffee with a ton of milk. I took one look and said ummm that is a lot of milk. He said no that that is how iced coffee with caramel looks. I get one a week so no that is not how it looks. He took it back and said he would remake it and brought the same cup of iced coffee back- like really? .
