**UPDATED REVIEW** I reported this issue to the corportate and the actual manager 'Millie' reached out to me and apologized about the issue. She said she did not work at that time when I had an issue. One of the worker said the older lady who made my coffee is the manager and her name is Millile but she is not a manager. All of their employee were not paying attention and handled unprofessionally. This is an awful Dunkin kids run this place went inside today and the girl who was cleaning her headset and typing on the computer didn’t even say hello or look up once I waited but ignored me I shrug my shoulders and left
