They were all not taking their job seriously my wake up wrap is not only burnt but it’s hard as a rock the ice cream was literally melted and they barely gave me two scoops. when I asked for a refund they were rolling their eyes not apologizing and smirking and laughing. It’s extremely unprofessional and quit frankly considering they’re all American what a shame. I got to the other Dunkin’s in the area and not even slightly have to deal with that. This Dunkin’ is BY FAR one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been.
The coffee is always good. Their donuts are good too. The staff are really polite
All I ordered was a large iced coffee and I ended up getting parked at the second window for about 5 minutes. At the end of those five minutes, they handed me the wrong ice coffee. If you can't get the coffee part right, you might want to rethink your entire business model. Skip this location and go somewhere that actually understands how to seve coffee.
