We got the $6 meal deal. The sandwich was warm at best, nothing special, and the hash browns were cold and we only received 6 of them in the bag. Never again will we try Dunkin. This was our first and last time. Worst $17 we’ve spent in a very long time
Apparently asking an employee to remake a drink will make them put less coffee and more creamer out of spite. If the drink is presented on the menu a certain way, that's how it should be served. Am I missing something here? All I want is my drink to not be mixed, like it is on the menu? Why are you added and extra step and getting mad at the customer? Poor service for sure
I’ve gone to this store a few times since moving to oshkosh and let me just say they always make my coffee different when i get the same exact thing. i just ordered doordash today and asked for boston kremes, as well as a large AND medium coffee. they proceeded to give me two different donuts without informing me or my driver, and gave me two mediums, which are literally the same coffee but have different colors??
We go to Dunkin a lot. I fell for the meal deal when it was the bagel option, and the breakfast wrap meal deal option is great too, and costs a dollar less. I always get the bacon egg and cheese ( bagel or wrap) with the iced mocha with cream and sugar and I'm happy! They do two wraps and a large coffee for $5. Very polite here. Ghost loves sticking his face out the window in hopes for his own sandwich lol.
