Ordered a raspberry matcha latte; noticed it looked funny and when I went to drink it realized it both didn't have the raspberry syrup and it seemed like they had accidentally blended it part way, then just dumped it in the cup when the realized it wasn't supposed to be. About halfway through, I started noticing specks of something floating in it and a strong coffee taste, turns out there were pieces of coffee beans mixed into the drink. Every time I order food either DoorDash or in person the food is always wrong or missing items. And literally no one there cares what so ever.
There's two " meme signs " on the drive through window saying " Y U no tip " and " why don't you tip!!??? " If the stores employees see this review I want them to be very aware that I DO tip, and you have the courage to say forget this job I'll post this sign; however, with that energy you have you need to be posting " local franchise owners of this Dunkin', " Y U no pay me livable wage " " why no you pay my more so I don't need tip " I'm all for asking for tips and providing poor service like at this location, but don't dir... read more
