Literally the only person in the store this morning, ordered a donut and coffee. Person behind the counter still forgot the order and got it wrong. Not sure what was on their mind but it was a simple order.... Seeing alot of one stars on here...alot, they have a offer if you give them 5 stars you get a free donut... How about produce better service and don't beg for 5 stars for bad service. Simple math...
Ordered bacon egg and cheese with cheddar not American. Was given American. Asked them to remake and they gave me sausage egg and cheddar cheese. I didn’t check till I got home. Went back after spending an hr on this issue to get a refund bc they are terrible at their jobs. They could not figure out how to give me a refund, they tried to call a manager. I left without my sandwich and without a refund. Worst experience with this company ever you have permanently lost me
Just wanted to You have a huge shout out to the team working today 5/23/26 at 1:05 PM!! I’m traveling today. I originally go to Dunkin’ Donuts in Lake Mary and they’re extremely rude but not at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Everybody was really nice. Everything was made correctly!! Thank you guys.
Went to the Dunkin donuts at 1018 E.Colonial and the service was exceptional and the staff was very friendly.I will be back as a regular.
