This Duncan is the best Dunkin’ Donuts in Orlando. I came here and the service was outstanding and I highly recommend anybody going to any Dunkin’ Donuts in the area to visit this one. Torie made the experience and the service A+

I come to this dunkin with my family often and the younger lightskin woman with very curly highlighted hair has the worst attitude i have ever seen in the food industry. You have a sign on the window asking for five star reviews, when you need employees that keep the good energy in the building. You should probably reassess
The lady was super rude, rushed me through my order, and then messed it up.
The associates all rude, dont have no type of customer service experience AT ALL. Came for coffee, not an attitude.
