I’m sorry I’m not one to usually complain but I hope this does find a manager or the actual owner because of the absolute laziness of some employees they decided to stop serving food due to the busyness not because of a legitimate reason like the oven stopped working but because the employees just did not want to bother making food I understand how stressful a long line can be but if a customer is coming to your location for a snack that is not available just due to the fact a employee does not want to warm it up is lazy
Bathroom needed to be cleaned. Took awhile to get order.
I can't really get past three stars. I don't know why they don't use a simple syrup for cold coffee. I guess it's because there not really southern. Who wants to mix sugar granules in a cold drink? We should know better in the south.
We have been stopping at this location for several years and always looked forward to visiting whenever we were traveling. Unfortunately, our experience today was so disappointing that we will not be returning. When we entered the restaurant, the music was so loud that we could barely hear the employee at the counter.
