Slowest service possible with Ai workers and half the menu missing. Drinks are always wrong and food isn’t made right.

Great service, Jorge was our host for the afternoon, excellent service and excellent coffee.
Ana #number 197994 had the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I order an Americano with an extra expresso shot. She first gave me the wrong drink. When I got to my hotel room I saw it was wrong, I called the store. She stated she remembered and I told her I would come back for the right coffee. When I got back to the store. She made some regular coffee and added the expresso shot. Again because it was not my coffee, I didn’t try it until I got back to hotel room. It was the worse coffee I have ever had.
