Ana #number 197994 had the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. I order an Americano with an extra expresso shot. She first gave me the wrong drink. When I got to my hotel room I saw it was wrong, I called the store. She stated she remembered and I told her I would come back for the right coffee. When I got back to the store. She made some regular coffee and added the expresso shot. Again because it was not my coffee, I didn’t try it until I got back to hotel room. It was the worse coffee I have ever had. Stopped every day for a week. Service was always great and they really moved through the line quickly. Everything was always spot on and just as ordered.
Fast service for being in a busy location. Coffee and the food are always fresh. I have been here many times and can still say the same thing.
