The mini bagel bites were cold, the restaurant had a burning odor, and employees were socializing.
The computer system crashes often closing credit card payments and the drive through...or lobby. 🤷 Coffee lids leak when fully seated on cups. 🤷 Service is very friendly. 2025 they fixed the lids! No more leaks!
I’m tired of getting the wrong order
I truly don't think there is a better staff then at this location. Always on top of orders, patience with customers and customer remembrance. They take customer service to 11
