Service was great opened exactly at 0500. Staff was very polite and inviting
I'm not sure if there's been a change in staff or leadership at this location but I noticed a decline in quality service since my original review. I noticed like things like the wrong cheese was on my sandwich or I was given the wrong donut. But last week I placed a mobile order and my sister picked it up for me. They gave her the correct coffee but the food order was someone else's. They gave me an order with meat, when I don't eat meat nor did I order it. Tried the Dunkin in Vista and was hoping the Oceanside location would be better but honestly their stuff is mid. Their donuts are always stale and everyone always ignores you when you're trying to order. I'm not sure why both locations are terrible but I think the owners should take a hard look at how they're running things before they open up another location. Your employees won't perform at their best if they have a crappy boss running these stores.
