Everything was really burnt and hard
Had such a wonderful experience thanks to this employee named Faruk, who truly went above and beyond to make my day! Got the DD engagement box memorabilia I had been searching for, and it meant so much to me. His kindness and thoughtfulness really embodied what it means to “run on Dunkin’!” thanks Faruk for your customer service.
terrible customer service.. do not expect to grab and go anything at this location. Staff are more interested in having conversations with each other than serving customers.
Wait can be up to 10 minutes depending on how much the employees talk amongst themselves while a bunch of people are waiting for their orders. Coffee is sometimes watered down and sometimes it is fine. It's quite a mixed bag. Nothing out of the ordinary here for your typical Dunkin Donuts experience
Everything about this location is comically wrong. It's a window stand near a subway entrance so it's always crowded, loud, and often too hot or too cold. All that would be bearable, if the location was well staffed and efficiently run, but it's always understaffed (usually 1 or 2 overworked and angry people) and horribly run. I made the mistake of going today. The employees seemed to not care that people were waiting in the freezing cold and only reluctantly took orders after multiple prompts.
