They were incredibly unpleasant and nasty. Coffee was burnt.
These people are belligerent. I came in and they started cracking jokes about Joe Biden and his administration as soon as I walked in (they weren’t speaking before they saw me). Gave me a pointed look while laughing and everything but they were speaking in their own language and checking me up and down. Closing 15 minutes before this location’s operating hours state??? Taking this all the way up to corporate. Unacceptable!!!
Playing k love Christian music (awful), no hot sauce, charges for a cup of water, my sandwich came out and the cheese wasn’t fully melted
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this dunkin for 5 years and every time I order something it is wrong. I ordered a dozen donuts and 8 out of 12 were wrong. No accountability, no apology for having to come back to the store. Nothing. I usually never right reviews but this time a staff member was arguing that the order was right even though it didn't match the receipt.
