"Terrible experience at this Dunkin' Donuts! I'm a regular customer, but today's coffee was a disaster. It tasted like decaf, which is not what I ordered. To make matters worse, it seemed to have milk instead of cream, which is a huge problem for me since I'm allergic. I've mentioned my allergy to the staff before, so it's disappointing that they didn't take it seriously. Feeling taken advantage of due to my friendly nature. Definitely won't be forgetting this mishap anytime soon."
