I was there today and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Which was one hot latte . I also asked to order 2-$5 gift cards. Which they said the don't sell. When I got to the window I waited another 4 minutes. The gentleman opened the drive thru window and said can I help you with something. I told him I ordered already and he seemed like he had no idea what o was talking about. He closed the window and they found my order ... one latte. Then started to make it taking another 4 minutes .
