I asked for a refresher with no ice because i dont want to use their ice machine ( ice machines are the lead cause of food poisoning) they want to charge an extra $1.50 for requesting no ice . Staff is very rushed regarding the customers its no good
So I go here for my weekly drinks, sometime coffee sometime matcha latte. Today I ordered a large iced Matcha Latte with less ice as usual but they put ice in regular amount not less. I think it was the new guy who made my drink. Other staff is always nice and my drink perfectly. I’m sure in future they will do their job perfectly.
