Always missing items.
November 1st and there is NO BAGELS ONLY ENGLISH MUFFINs & croissants! NO BACON COFFEE HAD COFFEE GRINDS IN MY CUP. Don’t waste your time or money. Oh and please get a MANAGER who has customer service skills. If she doesn’t want to work there then she should leave. Every morning she’s miserable with a face, you bring anything to her attention and she’s super dry and doesn’t care to resolve the issue. DO BETTER DUNKIN
Every single time I come to this Dunkin I have always felt welcomed, not only that this particular time I came in from a different Dunkin down the street from dixwell where they didn't want to remake my drink even after I just kindly asked him if they can just change it because it wasn't done correctly, I brought this drink to this Dunkin and also ordered some food because they were all out in the other dunkin' donuts and they kindly ended up even changing my drink because I didn't want to throw it out and just wanted them t... read more
I will never come here again. Unfriendly workers. Never said thank you. Screwed up my order and never apologized. I asked if they offered a senior discount. Server said no and the person making food said they need all the money they can get. HORRIBLE SERVICE. VERY RUDE. UGH.
Literal criminals. Placed on order on the Dunkin app, they could not fulfill the order. Ask for a refund, they refunded the dollar amount to a gift card but kept the change. I guess the change was too hard to type into the gift card refund amount.
