Absolutely disgusting place, gave us moldy food and then refused to give us a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE. long wait and there credit card machine wouldn’t work.
Absolutely horrible service. I order from this Dunkin regularly since it’s the closest one to me, and they always mess up my order. This time was the worst. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with extra bacon (which I paid for), and it came with no bacon at all. On top of that, I ordered two hash browns and only received one. The staff is consistently careless and rude. I’m very disappointed, and if you value your time and money, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
I ordered a dunkin midnight coffee and they tried to pull a fast one on me and gave me a regular coffee because they thought I wouldnt sip it before I left the drive thru. I heard the employee say "do you want me to make a new one" which means he knew the coffee i ordered wouldnt be up to par. Also gave me the wrong sandwich. I always have problems at this dunkin. Dont go here unless you check your food and drink before you leave the drive thru cuz these people will get it wrong.
