I used to come to this Dunkin a lot but stopped coming and recently started going again and was trying to remember why I stopped coming. The guy that greeted me was great and he usually is rsoecially early in the morning. Big energy definitely puts a smile on your face, but today, I remembered why I stopped coming. It was early, so there was only two staff in . 7 am - There was a wait, and as staff came in, all moved along. The two -on time- working were moving to try to carry the early morning line up. Maybe a Wednesday thing. The balding staff person with a hat was making sure everyone got what they needed. The lady at the drive up came to the counter to help as it seemed he was making coffee. 15 minutes waiting in drive thru. Crazy
Never coming back. This place is a mess. One of the worst service experiences I’ve had anywhere. I ordered a chicken wrap and avocado toast online. Waited... and waited… and waited. When I finally asked, only then did they tell me, "Oh, we don’t have the wrap." No update. No courtesy. Just made me stand there like an idiot. I asked for a refund — they refused and told me I’d have to do it online. Then they asked if I wanted to get something else instead.
