This store is a complete disaster!!! I placed a $26 mobile order this morning around 9:30 am and when I arrived, the store was closed and all of the employees were leaving and getting in their cars. This is the third time in the last month and a half that I placed a mobile order and arrived to a closed store. Unfortunately the orders were placed and paid for and then it’s a run around trying to get your money back. This store is extremely disappointing. Half the time they're out of eggs, but they never SAY that on the mobile app, so you pay for an egg sandwich and get a bagel with cream cheese (as if that's in any way an equivalent substitution). Even when you actually get what you ordered, the preparation is extremely inconsistent. Overall, I would avoid this and go somewhere else.
Cleaner than the one in the center of town but the drive thru experience is not ideal, very slow
I think they finally fired the staff whith attitudes but how do you possibly run out of eggs 3 times in one week. I blame poor management for this constant error. Get it together Dunkin. If I did my job like this I wouldn't have one. The end!
